The countdown has begun! In less than a month McKenzie Model Agency will host the highly anticipated 2nd Annual Caribbean American Fashion Show at the elegant Renaissance Hotel, located at 1230 South Pine Island Road, Plantation Florida 33324. Showtime is at 8pm sharp. This time it’s the swimwear fashion edition, which guarantees to supersede the first by far. Come join us for a night of haute couture fashion, where over fifty beautiful and sexy models grace the stage and exhibit the unique styles of ten of the most talented designers from different Caribbean Islands and America. The collection consists of chic, elegant, and trendy dresses, pants, jackets, boots, bags and other accessories, AND the models will be displaying body art using sophisticated application of seductive body paint.
Entertainment will be provided by Jon Saxx, who is fresh off performing on the 5th Annual Jazz in the Gardens 2010, as well as the Jamaican Jazz & Blues Festival 2010. He was recently voted Best Local Jazz Artist in South Florida by Miami New Times and has also performed with and for Frankie Beverly & Maze, The Roots, Najee, Montell Jordan, Howard Hewitt, and also does the Monthly National Anthem Performances for the Miami Heat. The smooth sounds of John Saxx will move you in the rhythm of music and fashion.
This event is brought to you by Maurice Tucker, President and CEO of SynJen Magazine, Vibezz TV and Hype Radio. A connoisseur of fashion, and no stranger to the fashion world, last year’s event, under Maurice’s guidance, was a star studded sold out event and this year guarantees to be fashionably more extravagant. Maurice Tucker has produced a series of successful fashion shows such as, the Caribbean Fashion Extravaganza, South Beach Fashion on the Beach, and Haute Couture Fashion Show, among others. We asked Mr. Tucker what to expect from this year’s Caribbean American Fashion Show, to which he fervently replied “This year’s event will bring a new meaning to sexy, one can expect to be mesmerized, awe struck and completely entertained.” We will definitely be in attendance, and you should too!
