Mango Smoothie
INGREDIENTS :
- 2 or 3 mangos, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 cup milk (you may also use half regular
milk and half coconut milk)
- 8 ice cubes, crushed

METHOD:
- Crush ice in blender
- Add the mangos,
orange juice concentrate, and milk to the crushed ice
- Puree all the ingredients in the blender until
smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve as a smoothie
