Day 177 of 365 Things to Do, See & Eat in Jamaica – Soak It Up at Bubbling Spring Mineral Bath

When traveling on the south coast of Jamaica, stop for the ultimate refreshment in the waters of a mineral bath at Bubbling Spring in St. Elizabeth. The spring’s waters come to you naturally filtered through the limestone of the Cockpit Country to the north. Visitors to the springs report that the waters have helped with a number of ailments, including arthritis and skin problems. The springs have shown to contain significant amounts of sodium, potassium, magnesium, chloride, iron and manganese. You can also take a swim in the 200-foot pool at the site and enjoy food and drinks at the local restaurant and bar. There is also a gift shop.

In case you missed any of the past “365 Things to Do, See and Eat in Jamaica“, here they are all together.
