Day 18 of 365 Things to Do, See & Eat in Jamaica – Not Just for Foodies: Zimbali

If you’re looking for a break from beach culture, the tour at Zimbali’s “Farm to Table” Cooking Tour might be just the thing. Located 20 minutes from Negril, the Zimbali tour offers lots of information about the organic crops grown there and a great view of the valley from its main villa lounge. You’ll get to sample seasonal fruit right from the trees, and the excellent dinners are cooked with ingredients grown at the farm. Watch the chefs as they gook your food, and enjoy the musical talents of performers by the bar. The Mountain Cooking Studio offers authentic demonstrations of island cooking. You might want to schedule a visit on Wednesdays, which feature African drummers.

In case you missed any of the past “365 Things to Do, See and Eat in Jamaica“, here they are all together.
