Each visitor gets his/her own work station so you’ll always have a view of the chef as he provides instruction and guidance in preparing jerk sauce, coconut rundown with shrimp, festival and callaloo. Afterwards, you’ll enjoy an authentic Jamaican meal that includes jerk chicken.
