My brother worked his heart out in a shop long after the owner died for at least 20 years. Last year he gave a stall owner permission to use some of the space, and that stall owner is trying to run him out by throwing out his things.
When my brother wasnt there, he rearranged the shop and then recently did some cement work on the wall even though he was told not to and now wants money for that work.
He has the nerve to be telling my brother that he has equal rights because there is no title. My brother is paying the taxes. I feel like shooting him.

Dont shoot anyone. Your brother’s matter can be resolved in court and our team members can assist.
Although the title is critical, attorneys usually assist persons in cases such as the one you outlined to prove “rights to ownership,” so your brother will need someone qualified to assist to evict the stall owner hustling your brother.
He should also consider applying for the title with the assistance of the attorney, and he should do so before further problems develop.

Remember you are not the only one who ever went through this situation – hustled by a stall owner.
