Jamaican jailed on Caribbean island reaches out

QUESTION: Dear Legal Wiz,
Blessed Afternoon. Please do not publish anything that can link this back to me, because we will all be at risk over here. I write for my friend who is a jailed Jamaican.
My friend was charged with murder although there is no evidence. He has been charged on suspicion that he knows something as he was at the crime scene before the disappearance. How can you assist because we need an article done and an attorney.
