JOB TITLE: Brand Manager – Automotive Paint Division

LOCATION:  Automotive Art, Kingston

DESCRIPTION: Handle all issues related to sales, marketing and distribution of products within the portfolio including day to day management of the sales and technical teams; To manage and control sales profitability of the product portfolio; Develop and implement promotional strategies and rationalize the latter with a view to meeting sales growth and market share objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS: Undergraduate degree in Sales and Marketing is required; Should be a highly motivated individual; A minimum of 5 years consultative based selling experience is preferred in the automotive re-finishing industry; Experience selling at senior management levels with a proven track record of routinely closing deals that are mutually beneficial to Customer/Company; Should have excellent interpersonal, good oral and written communication skills; Computer literate and competent in the use of Microsoft word/excel; Must have reliable motor vehicle.
