Jamaica’s Montego Bay and Ocho Rios were ranked third and fourth, respectively, on TripAdvisor’s 2016 list of the top 10 destinations for visitors in the Caribbean. Reviews of Montego Bay cited its mix of party-like atmosphere and low-key relaxation, as well as its duty-free shopping, open-air market, and the availability of underwater diving activities. Floating down the Martha Brae River on a bamboo raft was also mentioned as a reason to stop in Montego Bay. Visitors to Ocho Rios praised its luxury resorts and spas and its active nightlife featuring reggae and dancing.
