JOB TITLE: Warehouse Supervisor

LOCATION:  Massy Distribution (Jamaica) Limited, Kingston

DESCRIPTION: Provide supervision and assists in facilitating the efficiency of the Company’s distribution operations through effective utilization of systems, manpower and materials while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and quality; Supervise delivery contractors, ensuring that they operate within the terms of their contract and the company’s objectives; Manage the assignment of delivery trips, including their conformance to the established standards and cost effectiveness; Supervise the effective management of products movements in the warehouse and submit the required documentation to the relevant departments; Establish or adjust work procedures to meet warehouse demands as dictated by delivery schedules.

QUALIFICATIONS: Diploma/Associate Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or Business Administration; Three (3) years’ experience in a similar capacity; Supervisory management skills; A high level of reliability; Results- oriented and a great team player; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
