After his recently concluded European and US Tour in August, Beres Hammond performed at The Thomas Robinson National Stadium Courtyard, in Nassau, Bahamas on October 17th along with Tarrus ‘Singy Singy’ Riley. The show which was originally scheduled for Saturday, October 3, 2015 was postponed due to the passing of Hurricane Joaquin.
The threat of heavy rains did not affect the patrons’ attendance, as a record number turned out nevertheless. The show was opened by local performers, who were followed by Tarrus Riley and his Blak Soil Band. Pulling from his vast and growing catalogue of hits, he thrilled the crowd with songs such as She’s Royal, Gimme Little One Drop, and My Day . Next up was the headline act, Beres Hammond who gave the crowd approximately one hour and twenty minutes of solid chart toppers. The crowd which consisted mainly of women could be seeing singing along with the master crooner. Despite the two week setback caused by the hurricane, patrons reflected that it was well worth the wait. See more photos here
