Turks & Caicos Sporting Club at Ambergris Cay Celebrates the Completion of First Home

Californian Bonnie Vistica owns the first completed home on the 1,100-acre private island. “I don’t have words to describe how beautiful it is,” she said of her new home. Vistica’s home is part of the Le Grand Cottages neighborhood, a collection of turnkey homes that provide stylish living and minimum upkeep. The home is outfitted with everything an owner could need, from hand towels in the guest bath to a wine opener in the kitchen. The Le Grand Cottages are perfectly positioned for both exquisite views and proximity to the Club’s amenities. Nestled along the island’s eastern shoreline, the neighborhood overlooks the stunning blue hues of the Columbus Passage and is mere steps from the future Members’ Lodge and Fitness Center.

Vistica’s positive experience is due, in large part, to the skills, dedication and passion of everyone involved in the Turks & Caicos Sporting Club project, from the development team and on-site construction workers to the Sporting Club staff.

“We couldn’t be happier about the completion of Bonnie’s home,” said Dan Paquette, President of Planning & Development for the project. “Clients like Bonnie took an enormous leap of faith. Because these cottages are our first ‘products,’ they are the foundation of our architectural style, craftsmanship and attention to detail. They show the world what we’re capable of creating, and I believe we’re off to a great start.”
