The Victoria Mutual Building Society (VMBS) – Florida Representative Office is pleased to announce “Let’s Meet @ Dutch Pot”; scheduled to be held every Saturday, starting April 22, 2017 through May 27, 2017, at various  Dutch Pot restaurant locations in South Florida. The event will assist the Victoria Mutual team to interact with the Jamaican Diaspora community at their convenience.

“Let’s Meet @Dutch Pot” will provide the Diaspora community with information on the various products and services offered by the Victoria Mutual Florida Representative Office. The Office provides information on savings or fixed deposit accounts, mortgage loan options, and financial guidance; which are all conducive to a savings lifestyle.  The Society, through the Florida Representative Office, offers products such as the “1st Home Mortgage” option, which affords special discounts for individuals who would like to save towards owning a home in Jamaica. Additionally, the “Come Home Sweet Home” mortgage option offers interest rates as low as 4.25% p.a. on a U.S. currency mortgage loan.

According to Suzette Rochester, Chief Representative Officer, VMBS – FL. RO., “Let’s Meet @ Dutch Pot” also aims to facilitate an interaction between the Diaspora community and the Victoria Mutual Team that provides valuable information on various properties for sale around the island. These properties include: “The Meadows in Irwin, Montego Bay; The Bermonde in Portmore, St. Catherine; Forest Ridge in Kingston 5; and Fern Court in Richmond, St. Ann.”
