You’ll Need…

2 1/2 lbs pork
1/2 lime (wash the pork)
3/4 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon Caribbean Green Seasoning
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 medium onion
1/2 medium tomato
1 tablespoon veg oil
1 1/2 tablespoon golden brown sugar
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
1 1/2 cups water
1 med/large breadfruit (peel, cored, cut into wedges)
4 sprigs thyme
2 scallions
1 scotch bonnet pepper
1 small bell pepper (optional)
2 tablespoon parsley chopped
