Day 136 of 365 Things to Do, See & Eat in Jamaica – The Dome at Jackies on the Reef

Sleep in a geodesic dome made of stone and located right on the sea. The sound of the waves sings you to sleep every night. At this new feature in Negril, the dome design was created by Buckminster Fuller. After being destroyed by hurricane Ivan in 2004, the Dome was reconstructed using the corals that Ivan gave us. Domes are based on nature and sacred geometry. The energy is grounding and healing. Not to be missed.

In case you missed any of the past “365 Things to Do, See and Eat in Jamaica“, here they are all together.

About 365 Things to Do, See and Eat in Jamaica
Jamaica has so many unique foods, places and events to offer. These things are often missed by visitors to Jamaica and even locals. Our goal is to have you try new things and see what Jamaica has to fully offer with something to do 365 days of the year. Please note that these are all our opinions and we are always open to suggestions.
