      that's why I have mi owna mat mi nuh want nuh shared sweat

      yuh get blanket at the end of the class ?

      mi like when dem cover up mi yeyes wid lavender sachet a dat time mi drap asleep

        dem have some spanish style blankets used during class

        no lavender sachet.. dis is the YMCA albeit the nicest YMCA in the NY metro area

        but I must admit if I get any good with this, I may take classes at a yoga studio



        Edited to add- in my few visits I have seen the cleaning crew clean the mats 3 days this week so far so at least I know they getting cleaned

          yes where mi guh in the hood have the spanish blankets too but no lavender dat was a manhattan spot

            mi gain 3lb...3 lb!!! no change in eating patterns...working out way more dan before...please tell me is muscle mass mi gain how mi a go get back pan di odda side a di scale?

              please be careful with this line of thinking.

              a pound is a pound. period.
              a pound of chicken = 16 oz
              a pound of fat = 16 oz
              a pound of garbage = 16 oz

              while each of these may have different densities...they still weigh the same..... 16 oz.

                anedda hug for the 3lbs

                i think is pretty hard to gain 3lbs of muscle ...but it could probably just be water weight.

                      You drinking enough water ... cause believe me when I dont drink enough water my body just hold unto any I drink and of course my weight goes up ... still I need to lose another 12-15 lb before vacation..

                          Skells it can take 3 weeks for you to see the efforts reflected on the scale... when I weighed in this morning I am 12 lbs closer to my goal weight 13 will put me in the normal BMI range.
