  • Di Cellphone ting a Mash up mi Love Life

Wi know di sang right? But it seems nuff a dat a gwaan fi real. Mi a read wan aticle wey dem interview some men and woman all who had experience wid cellphone a mash up dem love life

Primarily the “sexting” ting.. yuh know sending drity..sexy .. tantalizing message to the man/woman pan di side.

Now wan woman shi did tink shi did slick and noh realize sey sice har husband a di PRIMARY owna pan di JOINT cellphone account him coulda call up AT&T and get a few monts supply of her messages. Imagine her horror when im put di print out in front of her

Den ketch dis .. Divorce lawyers are now being trained and refocused how to use cellphone text messages and voice call in divorce proceedings. Dem a use dem tings as PRIMARY evidence in divorce cases now fi prove infedelity. <span style="font-style: italic">Look like Private investigators a go outta business soon.</span>

Plus di cellphone company a use dis ting fi mek money ..Dem a store metches pan special servers wey Lawyers and anybody wid a court orda will have to pay a premium fi get metches if dem waan wan bag a evidence up to a certain amount a years.

Wey unu tink bout dis new trend? Unu tink di Celllphone companies have di right fi a kip dem tings in di hopes dat it may come in handy fi some dallas?

              carrier pigeon

              modern view

              What they really are

Seriously though- In the world of data, there should never be an expectation of privacy. Data can be interrupted, downloaded, transfered, servers store tons of communication data for disaster recovery purposes so yes a lot of the information communicated via data is saved and can be used against you if you noh pon the up &amp; up. That is why prepaid cell phones are very common among criminals in the cop shows and in real life. Hard to trace.

kinda like using an employers PC to transmit personal emails or surf the net on non-work related sites.

the phone maybe yours but as soon as u hit send on the cellie you are using someone else's equipment to transmit and thus it becomes their property. That is part of the fine print which I think is B.S. - but that is just my opinion.

I think if this trend continues someone at some point is going to challenge the legality of it and make it a constitutional rights issue. Now I am no lawyer and dont know how it would be argued but I see this coming at some point because of the Big Brother thing that is being to happen.

Hopefully, it will be some cheating husband with deep pockets that can finance the fight to the Supreme Court

At some point the laws will catch up with technology but in the meantime it can be used against you. That is why people should always be careful of what they transmit.
