QUESTION: Dear Legal Wiz,
While I was in Jamaica, I went to a restaurant with my son to eat before his trip. We left his back pack there by accident. I went back and the restaurant owner said she emptied out the bag and threw it away. However till now I cant get back the things that were inside.

RESPONSE: Dear Lizzy,
Seriously! Get an invoice of all the items that were in the bag. Take it to the Court for them to help you to fill in the paperwork to bring the claim for recovering your items or the cost.
