The Miami Broward One Carnival was held on October 9th, 2016 at the Miami-Dade Fairgrounds. The event celebrated 32 Years of Miami Broward Carnival. Revelers paraded in costumes in South Florida’s largest Caribbean Heritage celebration. The parade of masqueraders included 17 bands who showcased the diversity of the Caribbean culture.  The live show performance included: Kes The Band,  Alison Hinds, Edwin Yearwood,  Lead Pipe & Saddis, Julien Believe, Burning Flames and many others. The 2016 Grand Marshalls were:  Stacy Ann Rose (HBO Ballers), Cat Coore (Third World Band) and Rock City. Over 17 Mas Bands included: T&T Desperadoes Steel Orchestra, Fusion Band, Karma Band, MC’s: MC Wassi and King Vers (St. Maarten). The Miami Broward Carnival is the last major North American event on the carnival circuit leading up to Trinidad and Tobago Carnival in 2017.  Here are photo highlights of The Miami Broward One Carnival.
