A quick recipe for making a tomato salad with heirloom and grape tomatoes, with added red onion, parsley and goat’s cheese. If you want an additional kick you can add a bit of finely diced white habanero peppers and don’t forget to finish up with good olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
This is a tasty summertime salad that gluten free and totally vegetarian.
For this tomato salad you’ll need..
heirloom tomatoes
grape tomatoes
2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
fresh ground black pepper
2 small white habanero peppers (optional)
1/2 small red onion
1 tablespoon parsley (mint or basil)
2 tablespoon goat cheese
Plus you can also add some chopped walnuts, balsamic vinegar, cucumber and avocado if you wish.
