Chris De La Rosa shows you how to make a Caribbean version of curry salmon (salmon curry) which is not only very tasty but quick to prepare as we’re using canned salmon. We’ll start off with a rich curry base, then add the canned salmon and simmer for a few minutes to really bring out some brilliant flavors. NOTE: at the start of the video I say olive oil and though it can be used, I used vegetable oil.
You’ll Need..
1 large can (or 2 small) of Salmon
2 scallions
1 tomato
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
heaping tablespoon curry powder
2-4 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon veg oil
1/4 scotch bonnet pepper
1 teaspoon Caribbean green seasoning
