Andrew Fisher wins 100m at InterCol 2014 Fisher dominated a quality field to post a personal best of 10.11 seconds, way ahead of Everton Clarke of GC Foster College in second with 10.30 and UWI’s Jason Young in 10.31 seconds. Delano Williams of UWI clocked a mere 10.40 seconds to finish fourth.
