Chris De La Rosa of CaribbeanPot.com shows you how simple it is to make a smoked pineapple chow, with the help of Chef Marc. Chow is basically a salad or salsa made with a tart fruit, fresh herbs, garlic and spiced up with scotch bonnet pepper popular in Trinidad and Tobago and the southern Caribbean.

This apple wood smoked pineapple chow is a very versatile vegetarian dish which can be used as a salad, spicy snack, relish or as a salsa for topping burgers and other grilled meats.
