Here’s a quick and tasty recipe for preparing baby pak choi the Caribbean way. We’ll start off by slowly cooking garlic and onions, then we’ll add some salted cod (saltfish) to really enhance the flavor of the dish. Finally we’ll add some scotch bonnet pepper for kick and quickly cook the chopped baby pak choi (bok choi) until it has a slight crunch.

You’ll Need…

2 lb baby pak choi
1 cup prepared salted cod
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 scotch bonnet pepper
1 large onion (2 med)
4 cloves garlic
2 tablespoon olive oil
