1 medium onion
3 scallions
1/4 teaspoon Spanish pimentón (smoked hot paprika)
1 teaspoon veg oil (brown sausages)
1 clove garlic
3 sprigs thyme
1/4 scotch bonnet pepper (optional)
pinch sea salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
