For this fried rice you’ll need…

2-3 cups cooked rice (chilled)
1 scallion
1 shallot (diced)
2 tablespoon veg oil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup diced bell pepper
2 cups chopped cabbage
1/2 teaspoon Chinese 5 spice powder
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 cup prepared salted fish (cod)
1/2 scotch bonnet pepper (no seeds)
