Just n time for the Super Bowl, this lovely Caribbean style guacamole is packed just the right amount of heat from scotch bonnet peppers, the creaminess of ripe avocados and the love;y undertones of sweet ripe mangoes. Add the a garlic and shad beni (or cilantro) and you have an outstanding dip for your next party.
