A delicious Caribbean take on a tuna spread for sandwiches or a topping for crackers. We’ll take a relatively cheap ingredient like canned tuna, add some seasoning peppers, scallion, celery, cucumber, red onion and creamy avocado. Then it’s some mayo and peppersauce to bring everything together. You’ll end up one of the most delightful ways to make tuna sandwiches.
You’ll Need…
2 cans tuna
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 heaping tablespoon mayo
1/4 cup diced celery
1/4 cup diced red onion

1 scallion diced
1/2 avocado diced
