You’ll Need..

1-2 lbs cassava
2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup prepared salted cod
2 scallions
1/4 bell pepper
1/2 scotch bonnet pepper
4 sprigs thyme
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon parsley

Remember, to make this dish vegetarian all you have to do is leave out the salted fish (salted cod).
