Bahamian Demetrius Pinder talks about his injuries and plans for 2014-2017. Pinder whose personal best for the event is 44.77 seconds helped Bahamas win gold in the men’s 4x400m at 2012 London Olympics. He placed seventh in the 400 m final at 2012 London Olympic Games.
