Using fresh herbs, spices and scotch bonnet peppers, this Jamaican jerk chicken will be bold, tender and perfectly grilled.

For this gluten free jerk chicken you’ll need..
8 lbs chicken legs.
For the gluten free jerk marinade…
4 scallions
1 orange (juice)
1 lime (juice)
1/2 cup vinegar
10-15 sprigs thyme
2 scotch bonnet peppers
4 slices ginger
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
8-12 pimento berries (allspice)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup gluten free soy sauce
1 heaping tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cloves garlic
