Learn how to make Grilled Geera (Cumin) Pork in this episode of #TastyTuesdays with Chris De La Rosa of CaribbeanPot.com Based on the traditional Caribbean recipe for making spicy geera pork, we’ll season the pork overnight with the ground cumin and seasonings, along with pineapple chunks to help tenderize the pork and add a balance of sweetness. Geera Pork is commonly known as a ‘cutters’ and usually served alongside alcoholic beverages in Trinidad and Tobago.

You’ll Need…
2-3 lbs pork (Cubed)
1 tablespoon ground cumin (geera)
1 scotch bonnet
1 medium pineapple
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon green seasoning
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic

* if using chicken only marinate for 1 hr.
