Shawn “Flexatron”, “Jamaican Muscle Machine” Rhoden (born April 2, 1975) is a Jamaican American IFBB professional bodybuilder. He is the current reigning Mr. Olympia champion and winner of the 2018 Mr. Olympia after defeating seven-time Mr. Olympia champion Phil Heath.

Born in Jamaica, Rhoden immigrated to the United States in 1990 and settled in Maryland.[2] He went through a period of alcohol addiction following his father Lloyd’s demise in 2002 but overcame it with help from his friend Lenore Carroll.[3]
