Seaford High may not have a chance to win Champs, but they can win the boys’ Class One 400m with their star athlete Javere Bell. Bell, a Jamaica Junior Representative. not only has his eyes on Champs, but also the Pan American Junior Championships set for July.

Bell has represented Jamaica at the 2009 World Youth Championships in Italy.
