3-4 cups cabbage
1/2 medium bell pepper
1/2 med carrot
1 stalk celery
1 clove garlic
thin piece of ginger (ginely diced)
1/2 medium onion
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
jerk marinade or pan drippings

optional – few drops of sesame oil
