Kavean Smith took his event in 21.09 against a -2.9m/s head wind. G.C. Foster College’s Jermaine Hamilton was 2nd in 21.71 and UTech’s Kwisi McFarlane 3rd in 21.74 2013 VMBS-sponsored Intercollegiate Track & Field Championships, which ended at the UWI/Usain Bolt track on Saturday, April 6.
