1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 large onion (divided)
1/2 bell pepper (diced)
1-2 cups cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon smoke paprika (pimenton)
1 1/2 cups sour cream divided
2 tablespoon cilantro (coriander)
1 large tomato (seeded)
Pinch sea salt
fresh black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1-2 cups grated cheddar
1/2 cup jalapeno (pickled)
