So this is my first time cooking sea scallops folks and I must say it did turned pretty well. I did my best and I hope it was enough to impress you guys. As I always say, You can’t spoil it If you’re doing your best. Sweet morsels of meat simmered in fiery Jerk seasonings and serve on a bed of fresh greens. Please be adventurous and try this one in your neck of the woods.
