Recipe:
Grated Onion
Finely Chopped Escallion
Chopped Fresh Thyme Leaves
Crushed Pimento
Basil
A Small Amount of Cinnamon Powder
Grated Ginger
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tbsp
1 tsp Vegetable Oil
1 tsp Vinegar
Mix thorough to make stuffing
Make 3/4 of inch slit through meat then stuff with the herbs
