The purse snatcher failed in his first and 2nd attempt to steal a woman’s purse, but after the 2nd attempt, the criminal decided to flee. However, being the the crime took place on a city bus, the bus driver was able to close the door and prevent the criminal from getting away. The rest of the video is funny and full of pure karma.
