This is a favorite among Jamaicans all over the world. Okras a used as a staple in many fish dishes on the island and because it’s know to be very healthy, Jamaicans use it in many other ways as well. Here I’ve just added some to salted cod fish that I’ve sauteed with some traditional Jamaican seasonings and served it with ground provisions. Hope you like it a lot.
