Jamaica’s left-arm pacer Sheldon Cotterell is showering praises on the coaches for the work done with him at the Sagicor High Performance Centre based at the University of West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, in Barbados.

Cotterell, who was among the second group of players drafted by the West Indies Cricket Board for the one-year programme, believes he has benefited a lot, which resulted in him feeling a lot freer playing the game.
