Learn how simple it is to make tasty homemade burgers with the help of award winning cookbook author Chris De La Rosa. In this episode of Tasty Tuesday’s and as July’s Month Of Grilling continues, we’ll go through the steps for making perfectly seasoned beef burgers, which are tender, juicy and overflowing with flavor. These homemade burgers are great on the grill, bbq and can also be done on the stove top (frying pan). With attention to the Worcestershire sauce you can also make them fully gluten free.
For these homemade grilled burgers you’ll need…
1 1/4 lbs ground beef
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 scotch bonnet pepper finely diced (optional)
2 scallions (chopped)
1/2 cup parsley (chopped)
3 sprigs thyme (optional)
1/4 teaspoon Montreal steak spice (optional)
1/4 teaspoon allspice (optional)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
