For this pasta sauce you’ll need..
1 lb Spicy Sausage (I used piccolo)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 can pasta sauce (your fave)
1 tablespoon tomato puree concentrate
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon pepper flakes
1 bell pepper diced (any color)
5 cloves garlic
1 large onion
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Parmesan cheese
Romano cheese
* cheese – put to your liking * a 1/4 cup of heavy cream will be delightful in this sauce as well.
