Learn how to make Caribbean style Soursop ice cream in this episode of #TastyTuesdays with Chris De La Rosa of CaribbeanPot.com A sort of a cheat version, we’ll use readily available soursop juice to make an ice cream which rivals any made from fresh ripe soursop. With a quick soursop reduction to highlight the flavors of the fruit, then it’s a rich and creamy custard base that’s made into one of the most tasty ice creams you’ll ever have.

For this soursop ice cream you’ll need…

4 egg yolks
3/4 cup sugar
4 cups heavy cream
4 cups soursop juice
1 lime (zest)
Optional (vanilla or almond extract)
