Homemade Seasoned Salt:
1 tbsp Paprika
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Dried Basil Leaves
3/4 tsp Tumeric Powder
Mango Sauce:
2 cups Fresh Mango Slices
1/2 cup Guava Juice
Add to Puree when Boiling:
1 tbsp White Vinegar
1 tbsp White Cooking Wine
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
3/4 stick of Butter or Margarine
