3lbs Chicken
2tbsp browning or soya sauce
2tsp all purpose seasoning
1 tsp paprika
1tsp salt
1tsp black pepper
1 tsp fresh thyme
1tsp flavour enhancer (optional)
1tsp garlic
T tbsp butter (optional)
Half cup of mixed peppers
Half cup spring onions
Half medium onion
1 cup water
1 Scotch bonnet
1tbsp Ketchup

PROCESS

Wash chicken with lemon and water
Slit chicken with knife
Add
2tbsp browning or soya sauce
2tsp all purpose seasoning
1 tsp paprika
1tsp salt
1tsp black pepper
1 tsp fresh thyme
1tsp flavour enhancer
1tsp garlic
Marinate in fridge for up to to 8 hours (optional)

Add 2tbsp oil vegetable oil to pan on medium heat
Add chicken to pan and cook till golden brown
Add
Half cup of mixed peppers
Half cup spring onions
1 chopped onion
1 Scotch bonnet
Mix
And Simmer for 40 mins at medium heat
Add 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
Simmer for 5 mins
