Shericka Jackson, who went to Carifta Games over Eastern weekend – April 3-5 – won gold in the girls’ Under-17 200m and silver in the 400m.

She was the defending champion in both events.

Jackson, a student at Vere, also helped Jamaica to gold in the Under-17 4x100m and 4x100m.
