Welcome to Caribbean Kitchen 101. Meet Jamaican sisters and business partners Suzanne and Michelle of Two Sisters and a Meal. Cooking Caribbean food has been their passion and business for many years and they really love experimenting with local island produce. In this series of cooking demos they explore new and interesting ways to work with popular local ingredients eaten Jamaica and throughout many of the other islands. Today they are cooking some yummy side dishes – Smashed Yam and Plantain Gratin.
