With ingredients from my garden from last ‘Fall”, I’ll show you how to add some creativity to your next batch of homemade pepper sauce.  Learn how to make a Canadian Inspired Hot Sauce in this quick tutorial from Chris De La Rosa of CaribbeanPot.com.

Important: be sure to go through the entire list of ingredients if you’re making this hot sauce gluten free, to make sure they meet with your specific gluten free dietary needs.

You’ll Need…

8-10 Habanero Peppers
1 1/2 cups apple cider
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 lime (juice)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt

* add more apple cider if it’s reduced too much to make the sauce.
